Do you have a physical store?

At this time we do not have a physical storefront that you can shop at. Our full catalog is available to purchase online at https://greycatapothecary.com.

However, for those of you in the Montreal, QC area, we do offer local pickup for orders made online at our soap lab in Parc Ex.

How long does natural soap keep?

Depending on the oils used to make the soap, natural soap can generally keep for 1 - 2 years without going rancid. However, because we use essential oils to scent our soaps and not synthetic perfumes, the scents will fade over time, so we recommend using our soaps within a few months for the best experience.

Where to do you ship?

Everywhere! Currently we offer flat rate shipping to Canada, the US and Worldwide (everywhere else).

Do you do custom soap orders?

Absolutely! We can work through custom designs, sizes, ingredients, and/or scents. Just email mariko@greycatapothecary.com to get the ball rolling.
